NGOCTR2-The Beginning of End-

PART 1

Omega went into his workplace where is placed in underground basement of a building. In that workplace there are many equipments and accessories like mechanical limbs, transmission devices and  few weapons. That workplace is also one of his hideouts dispersed through the spaceship. Many of machines were bought with great part of money from when he was human and some of them were stolen from many places.

Omega pulled a stainless steel laboratory chair caster wheels and picked a remote control above the table. He pressed some buttons which resulted in 3 holographic screens to appear in middle of room he sat in front of desk while he looked to them and another one show up above the desk while he was watching the others screens.

"And despite the efforts of our brave police service, the whereabouts of terrorist and PET resistance sympathizer, former Division 7 Engineering Superintendent Ina remain unknown…"

In the middle screen was showing some news about a bomb incident which took some hours ago. The left one of had a map which was marked by him and the other screen is showing just a white image on it.

"Ohhh! They found out who was it pretty fast this time, didn't they? Well, I guess that everyone is busy to take care of every problem on this spaceship but I must say it works like magic to me, hahaha."

Laughed omega while he was watching the news.

"Suspect of information robbery is still at run. All units focus at suspect at screen. That information won't be released to people since we don't know who is under mask. So if he comes to put the mask in public again, we will capture him."

The screen, that was white, were used by very suspect to intercept any report that was directed to at least 1 sector or more.

"They found out that she was a scapegoat early that I expected, good thing that I got that device from police. I guess I will start to work with the information before they find me."

He pulled from his left pocket a pen-drive and put in a USB entry located in the desk. Omega has returned holding with him a certain amount of data that he stolen by second time in the same day but the amount of problems that he went through this time were almost zero. He thought that it would be easier to pick everything instead to look for specifics files in enemy territory. Omega had bought back all data storage here. Everything information that he could get is now in his hands.

In this very moment he is searching between the files all kinds of information that would be useful for him from blueprints, maps of spaceship, secret weapons, old reporters and names of higher-ups.

He came across a certain piece of information that made he open a smile.

"Hahaha! Interesting! No matter how many times I read it, it so hard to believe it. But I must say that they really screw it this if it is true."

On the screen had a picture of tall, scary looking man with purplish-arms and ugly red eyes and in top of screen was written 'Name: Bio Number: SN0 State: Active.' There are also some of reports which stating that SN0 had escaped, about his awaking and he turned against the humans also old achievements and reports of missions of previous centuries. Omega had read that reports by second time and yet, he found possible that he was an ex-agent and he turned against the humans. But he found it hard to deal that the first person to become a PET and its blueprint that give the origin to all PETs was alive in the spaceship.

"Attention!"

Omega turned to last screen, the white once time again was replaced, this time, by an image of chief of police of sector 4.

"All units in Center Body Sector 04. Find and capture him live or dead an unidentified, tall, scary looking PET with purplish-arms and ugly red eyes. Don't act alone! I repeat, don't be a hero, the target was labeled dangerous by General herself. Report back and wait reinforcements."

He stared blank at screen for few seconds.

"Yep, they screwed it this time. Wait...Sector 4?"

He touched the screen that had a map and moved it to sector 4 and give it a zoom in the screen.

"If I am not mistake, it is the sector where the rebellion's base is located. "

Omega took another look at information at information of Bio that was in front of him.

"Maybe it is time to The End to pay a visit to The Beginning."

He kicked the floor, giving himself a push that made the chair reach the other side of room.

"But it will take sometime to reach here also police is searching for me. Maybe I should make some preparations. After all it will be a formal meeting."

Says him while removes the mask in the darkness of his basement and place it above of the desk.

PART 2

In front of tramway's station, there are a group of soldier searching in the area any clue to a certain pet. But no matter what they looked , there was no sight of PETs, neither of Bio or his little helper.

"Situation?"

Cut a voice from radio.

"All clear!"

A soldier answered the radio by pressing a button in his helmet where is the left ear.

"Split up and seek the target with the area."

"Roger that!"

The radio went mute again. He turned to his teammates and said.

"New orders! Divide and seize him with the sector. Any lead report back, was that made clear?"

The remains soldiers answer back.

"Yes,sir!"

And soon as they answered they moved out in all directions in search of his prey. Leaving him behind, when all of them disappeared from his sight, he started to look for. He moved though the alleys, people in front of him moved to side, clearing his path, there was no need to speak, the people just assumed that it was a Terrorist's incident. He went in a new alley, there was nobody around because it was a dead end, so the people avoid going though them. He stopped here.

He reached his hand to his radio in the helmet.

"Leader R, nothing here."

From that speech only, he started to receive reports from others men from his team.

"Unit-R2, Same here."

"Unit-R3, negative."

"Unit-R4, still looking."

"Unit-R5, holding still at position."

"Unit-R6, nothing in the cameras over here"

"Leader R, Keep looking"

He turned off his radio, then he heard footsteps getting closer, he turned and saw a man with black hair with a black sunglasses and from same heigh as him wearing a . He almost shoot him for mistaking him with target because normally civilians wouldn't get closer to a soldier from behind but the target is higher than him so it wasn't the target but yet it was strange and he decided to question the person.

"Who are you?"

The black-hairy person smiled and replied. "Unit-S000409, reporting."

The soldier lowered his gun and raised his left arm, revealing a holographic screen, he typed the said number and show some information about the person in front of him but no picture and it asked confirmation.

"Spy division?"

"Yes, sir."

"Password?"

"Everlast."

He wrote down the number '38375278' and on the screen confirming his ID. Spy division is a special unit from army, they are contracted to keep a look keep a look in all sectors and levels by living like any other person in spaceship and any assistance to army when necessary to keep the peace. Photos were never taken to keep people from infiltrate with the army, they are also trained to resist torture. And above of all, they must be humans.

"I almost shot you down I though that I had been found out by enemy. Why are you here?"

"Orders."

"What do you want with me?"

"Share information."

"Target's whereabouts?"

"That's right."

"So split it already."

"He is on a rebellion's base in the restaurant's district."

"He joined forces with the rebellion?"

"I am not sure. But it the most probably situation here."

"Well, at last we know where is he now."

"How many units did you get after him?"

"5 squadrons and sector 4's police."

"He is in the building 001903 of that district."

"I will request the police to evacuate everyone from that building and neighbor buildings."

"Also, tell them to jail all PETs working here."

"I agree."

The soldier knell down and placed his hand in the radio while the black haired-spy turned to entrance of alley.

"Here is the leader R, target found. I repeat target found. Request cooperation with police to evacuate the building 001903 of restaurant's district, all PETs workers here jailed, they are rebels."

"Roger." Answered the rest of troop as an only person.

He stood up and turned to spy who had moved the sunglasses while looking at entrance. "Good job. Now let the rest for us." Said him.

"There is still a thing left to do."

"What is it?"

"That."

Bang!

An iron fist pounded into his guts.

"Wh,why?"

The black hairy boy showing his eyes, there weren't human's eyes.

"Because The End is coming soon."

"Yo, you!" his last words before passing out while laid in the wall of alley.

"Don't worry, I won't kill you now. But you need sleep for next hours."

He opened the side door of building and went inside carrying with him, the soldier.

PART 3

"Ah. Where I am?"

Bio awaked in a dark room, not a pitch black room but with a weak light.

Looking around, he saw the little goat girl who was sleeping next to the bed. Her name is Ashley, who was separated from her mother by unknown forces. Bio had found her previously when an officer had tried to jail the little girl because of fact that she didn't have a serial number. But he, Bio, put the officer out of cold, saving the little ashley.

Once knowing the fact that she was lost and alone, he propose to help her to find her mother while he was looking for a way to stop the madness in spaceship before a blood split happens.

"Oh, you woke up."

A bat like pet spook to him soon as he entered the room. His name is Fox, an ally of resistance. He was on a hospital for a while. He is a medic with a resistance.

"Yeah."

"Don't worry about Ashley. She just fall asleep from being by your side for some hours."

"What happened?"

"Well, after you beat Dragon down and passed out, I treated your wounds and give a sterilization at it to remove the effects of Dragon's bite."

Fox turned to door, Dragon was standing at entrance.

"It was Dark! I could barely see an outline of him! All you have to do is;"

Creeee! She let out a scream.

"And you see everything."

Both of them stayed silent before Dragon, who was making heavy breaths to recover her breath from scream.

"... So ... my name is Bio"

"Welcome to resistance, Bio"

"Thanks"

"I think that you know but to make sure. I am Fox, she is Dragon and she is ashley. Nice to meet you."

"Same here."

"Before Ashley wake up, I would like to make some questions, is that okay?"

"Yes, it is. We also would like to make some questions too."

The conversation between the three of them went on until Ashley wake up, she was surprised to see Bio already up.

"Matthew, are you okay? Is it hurting anywhere?"

"No, I am fine. Don't worry."

"I am glad."

Bio who was smiling to little Ashley, raised his head to above where the humans and the PETs living together. He had heard many things that wished that he hadn't. PETs had no rights, to humans they were tools that if they broke down, they would be replaced by new ones. Even they displaying the same intelligent and ability to talk like the humans.

There are another rebellion's bases in spaceship but only the leader know where they all are placed.

He asked about Ashley's mother but no sight of her, they don't know what happened to her either. He wanted to believe that it was just a bad dream. After all that he heard, he could say only a thing to them.

"Thank you."

"You are welcome. I will get you food and a change of clothes to you."

"Let's go Dragon?"

"Yeah."

"We will be right back."

Dragon and Fox left the room, leaving Bio and Ashley alone.

"Ashley, I am surprised that you didn't wake up with the scream."

"Scream?"

"Yeah, it was just Dragon."

"Oh."

"And you, are you okay?"

"Yeah, I was worried that you would be gone like mother."

"Don't worry, I am not going nowhere yet. After all I promised find your mother and superhero never turn back in his word."

"Matthew, thank you!"

She had started to cry, hugged Bio who only could stay by her side until she find what she seek, her mother. He, who, know what is lose someone dear for you. He slowly put his hand at her head because of fear that he felt. And he who saw that he didn't hurt her at all, he cried because the first time in long time he could feel the warmth that he longed for centuries since he become what he is today. But it didn't last much.

The alarm went on. Bio wiped his tears didn't know what was happening but he had a very bad feeling about it. Ashley was agitated.

"What is it?"

"I am not, it never happened before."

"I think better we leave here at once."

Leaving the room, the corridors had a faint red light is turned on. He turned to Ashley and asked.

"Ashley, do you know where is the exit?"

"Yes, if we go to right, we will reach the entrance by which we come in."

"Let's go."

Bio grabbed Ashley and ran in the direction which ashley had pointed. After walking for some time in the corridor, they come to meet Fox.

"I am glad that I make it in time."

"What is happening?"

"The humans broke in. It must be the army."

"What?"

"Yes, Dragon was who turned the alarm. If it was 2 to 3 humans, she would take care by herself."

"And where is she?"

"She must be fighting them to buy some time for us here."

"We must be help her."

"No, I need you evacuate with Ashley."

"But-"

"No buts, it was her decision, we must respect it. Also Ashley is an unnumbered. If they get her here, you have no idea what will happen to her."

"Tsk."

"Here I got you a new shirt. You must evacuate for the other side, just go straight at this corridor until the end, Ashley know how to open it the secret passage at dead end. Be careful they can be up ahead because that place has many tunnels which cross with each other."

Fox handled Bio the shirt which he put right away.

"And about the others?"

"Don't worry, there were just few of us here, they already escaped by now. We are the only left here."

"What do you mean?"

"We are the closest to entrance, the others were in the rooms near of secret path."

"And about you?"

"You worry to much. Just get Ashley out of here."

"Okay."

They run apart from each other running in the direction which they had come without turn back. And from far when Bio neither Ashley wouldn't hear him any longer. He said.

"I couldn't let you be get here. You are our hope after all. So save them from this madness."

Bio is keep running thought the corridor which would fit 3 people along while was holding Ashley at his arms. He had passed by some forks in the path but he went by the straight one believing in Fox's words. The tunnels go around under the district.

After some minutes, Bio stopped before him a room, not exactly a room but the corridor had got larger to fit 10 people along but the entrance is enough to only 1 person go inside a time which give the feeling of a room.

But he didn't stopped because of that, he stopped because inside of room there were 2 soldiers, each one had in their possession what looked like a version of a machine gun but not a model known by him and same kind uniform used by special corps of his time but he guessed that the materials used were different from his time.

He placed Ashley at ground and said in low voice.

"I gonna knocked them, you stay here for a moment."

Ashley agreed with him by shaking her head up and down. What happened next was in less of a minute, Bio took a look at them from door while glued at wall as soon he saw that they weren't looking at door, using this chance to dash at them, he managed to give a punch at closest soldier who was turning to Bio in surprise.

The soldier hit the wall and dropped his gun at Bio's foot who was already charging at other soldier who reacted faster than the first and fired his gun. Bio was expecting him to fire, watched the soldier's finger in the gun's trigger and left the bullet's direction when he saw him pulling the trigger full way.

The bullets had intervals of 1 second between each of them but their speed and power were far superior than the weapons from his age. Bio thought that there was be a barrage of bullets which he took him by surprise at first. The soundless bullets made Bio recall a gun's theory, The Railgun.

A Railgun is an entirely electrical gun that accelerates a conductive projectile along a pair of metal rails using the same principles as the homopolar motor. Railguns use two sliding or rolling contacts that permit a large electric current to pass through the projectile. This current interacts with the strong magnetic fields generated by the rails and this accelerates the projectile. Because it required a large equipment and the lack of proper projectile to apply the technology as a rapid-fire automatic weapon, it become unavailable in combat.

Even so all that the soldier got to do was open holes in the wall, Bio, who had gone inside of close combat's range, put him out at cold. The other soldier who tried reach his gun while Bio was distracted by his partner but was stopped by Bio stepping in his hand and put him to sleep.

"Don't move."

"Let me go."

Bio heard the voices from behind, which made him sweat cold. He couldn't move, no, he wouldn't dare to move at all.

"Now turn around slowly and put your hands above your head."

Obeying the voice, he turned and raised his hands in the air, confirming his fear. Before him, Ashley had been captured by a new soldier who was pointing at her what looked like a pistol model who was in the middle of room. There were also another two soldiers who had the same railgun model gun as the previous ones in each side of the soldier who was holding Ashley aiming their guns at Bio's head. Ashley was trying free herself by hitting the soldier with her arms and legs while was saying things like "let me go" but no response from him.

"Now, that you have captured me. What are you gonna do?"

Asked Bio as he was mocking them.

"It is up to general decide it."

Answered the soldier while both soldiers approach Bio.

*Bang*

A shoot was made. The soldier of Bio's right fallen to ground while holding his leg. The soldier of left turned to see his ally who had fallen, taking this chance Bio dashed and give a punch at soldier making him flying to wall hitting his head which made he pass out.

"What are you doing, bastard?"

Asked the soldier who was holding his leg, trying to stop the bleeding. Bio turned his head to culprit of shoot, the soldier who was holding Ashley.

He only answered with a light tone while he released Ashley from his hands.

"What do you think that I am doing to you?"

"Damn you, traitor!"

The last words of soldier before passing out from bleeding. Ashley ,who was free, ran to Bio. Bio who had hugged her when she reach him, said to Ashley.

"Stay behind me, Ashley."

"Oh! You still see me as an enemy even after I helped you. Exactly as I expect after reading your file."

Said the soldier removing the helmet from soldier who was next to him.

"My file?"

"Yeah, after you turned against the general, she couldn't keep you in the dark forever."

Answered him dropping the soldier's helmet.

"Why did you help me?"

"I came to see what the first PET was able to do."

"First PET?"

"That's right! You are The Beginning of all."

"What do you mean?"

"Exactly what I mean, you genetic base was used to create every PET in the world."

After shocking true Bio started to think about it, the chances of it being true aren't low. Bio started to negate it.

"That's can't ..."

"It is true but don't lose focus now, I haven't ended it yet."

Interrupting Bio, the soldier grabbed using his arm as a lock to hold him and placed his pistol aiming to his head.

"What are you doing?"

"Are you blind? I am taking a hostage. Also don't move otherwise I am gonna kill this guy."

"What do you want?"

"For now, focus on me. I don't have much time before the rest soldiers come look for you here which remind me."

The soldier released the arm that he used to hold him and reach to radio in his left side of helmet while he aiming for soldier's head, who was fall at his feet, turning his head to left.

"Here is the leader R, I found the package at front, I require reinforcements. Ah!"

While the soldier was distracted using the radio, Bio dashed at soldier and pushed him at head. The soldier flew back almost two meters but when he was pushed his helmet got off from his head. The soldier revealed to be a PET, who had snake eyes and scales, he placed his free hand where Bio pushed him and mocked Bio.

"That hurts, you know."

"You are a PET?"

"Who did you expect to be? Ashley Earnest? Don't let the mad talk fool you."

Bio hearing the name charged to push his new foe who mocked the name of old friend and student who had fallen insane after an alien invasion centuries ago which resulted to him guilty himself.

"One more step and I will shoot."

"I don't fear your gun."

"Who said I gonna shoot you?"

Bio's reaction was step in front of Ashley but his foe pointed his gun to his own head.

"You are insane."

"You can bet on it."

"So what do you want?"

"I want give you a mission."

"A mission."

"A mission?"

"Yes, here take it."

Pulling an object from his pocket that was in his right chest's pocket and trowing at Bio who picked it by reaction.

"A pen-drive?"

"Correct, inside there are the necessary information and targets. If you get either them dead or captured, it will open a hole in the human's side, letting the PETs escape to Earth."

Turning his back to Bio , he picked from floor the helmet which had dropped from him and walked away from the room. Bio got confused because actions of snakelike PET, and asked a very simple question.

"Who are you?"

"The End."

"Huh?"

"I am kidding, call me Omega. See ya!"

After answering, he wear his helmet and started running. Bio who got confused by a second to what he should do, but got his doubts cleared when Ashley pulled his shirt from behind.

"Yeah, let's go, Ashley."

Both of them hurried to exit.

PART 4

On top of a building watching from far the PET sector 4's base after invasion, There are 2 beings talking with each other.

"Well, it went better than I though that it would."

"That's means that he gonna do it."

"I don't know yet."

"How can you not know?"

"No matter if he do it or not, what matters is if he is out there, being someone else problem while you build that."

"I never said that I would work for you."

"You don't have too much choices right now. Also you are already working for me, when I meet you earlier I told you to make sure that soldier don't escape."

"And you want me to build enough bombs to place around the ship."

"Ya but don't need to build them, we can just steal them and place them."

"This will never work."

"Do you have any better idea?"

"Fine. But what are you gonna do about him?"

The woman looked behind her. The masked man did the same.

"Him? Nothing."

"Isn't it better drop him somewhere?"

"Think about it, missing soldier betray the army, even if it don't make to news, it will create a mistrust inside of army."

"So that was your true reason for you pass by him other than infiltration."

"No, I just though of that news thing just now."

"You are bad making plans, do you know that?"

"They work somehow or other, don't they?"

"How did I got here?"

"You are who exposed yourself, Ina. Now let's go to my lair in left wing."

Said Omega who grab the unconscious soldier and walk towards to exit followed by Ina.
